NextWave Publications in Funchal, Portugal is hiring a Warehouse Worker to receive, store, and distribute goods within the warehouse. You will load and unload trucks, pick and pack orders, and maintain inventory records in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma; prior warehouse experience is preferred; ability to operate forklifts is an asset; physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs; basic computer skills for inventory tracking; valid biometric passport if international

Qualificações

• Experience in a warehouse setting preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment is an asset.
• Physically fit to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking purposes.
• Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel if needed.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and check incoming goods against purchase orders or invoices.
• Store goods in designated locations within the warehouse.
• Use handheld scanners to track inventory levels.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks using manual or motorized equipment.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized and safe at all times.
• Assist with inventory counts as needed.
• Report any damaged or missing goods to the warehouse supervisor.

We are in need of a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team in Funchal As a Warehouse Worker you will be responsible for receiving storing and distributing goods within the warehouse Your main duties will include loading and unloading trucks picking and packing orders and maintaining inventory records We are looking for someone who is physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this full-time position In addition we provide accommodation for our employees

Location This position is based in Funchal Portugal We welcome applicants of any nationality who have a valid work permit for Portugal
