Samlino Group is seeking a driven Venture Manager to steer cross-market initiatives across banking, insurance and utilities with Lisbon as home base. You will own strategic projects, partner with international teams, and travel to our three markets to accelerate growth.

We value ambitious, proactive individuals with sharp analytical skills, the ability to own projects from conception to delivery, and fluency in English plus EU work authorization.

Your Responsibilities

You will own your own projects and be responsible for driving results across various projects and initiatives. Responsibilities in this job will evolve and be defined and redefined throughout your time with us. The aim is to take ownership of and drive the development of progressively larger opportunities. Success requires the following:

• Setting ambitious yet achievable goals, developing strategic plans to reach them, and executing with urgency and intensity to deliver measurable outcomes
• Take ownership of assigned projects or tasks from inception to completion, including defining clear objectives, plans, and deliverables
• Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or obstacles and develop mitigation strategies

Start date and Travel

This role will cover all three markets, so regular travel will be part of what we have in mind for you! It will also include extended stays working hands-on with the teams in the different locations.
