Tangível in Lisboa is seeking a UX Writer / Copywriter to give voice and clarity to digital products and services. You will write and edit microcopy, ensure consistent voice across touchpoints, and work with design, research and product teams to embed language into content systems.

You will translate complex ideas into simple, empathetic language, support usability testing focused on comprehension, and help create accessible experiences that drive user confidence and action.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX Writing, Content Design or related areas
• Excellent command of Portuguese and strong writing skills in English
• Solid knowledge of best practices for writing digital products
• Sensitivity to user experience and design principles
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and iterative processes
• Nice to have Experience with design and collaboration tools (Figma, FigJam, Notion, etc.)
• Nice to have Experience contributing to design systems or language style guides
• Nice to have Knowledge of accessibility and plain language principles
• Nice to have Interest in metrics and understanding the impact of content on product outcomes

Responsabilidades

• Write and edit microcopy for digital interfaces (buttons, messages, menus, error messages)
• Ensure consistency of voice and tone across all user touch points
• Collaborate with design, research and development teams to integrate content into the Create, maintain and evolve voice & tone guidelines and content systems
• Support usability testing with a focus on language, comprehension and clarity
• Translate complex concepts into simple, empathetic and actionable content
