Kardex Group, a global leader in dynamic storage and distribution systems, invites you to join our Global Treasury Team in the Lisbon area. The Treasury Manager will report to the Head of Group Treasury and drive cash management, liquidity forecasting, and treasury governance across our multinational network.

We seek a senior finance professional with solid experience in corporate treasury, strong Excel skills, and good knowledge of treasury systems.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• Proven treasury experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong Excel and treasury systems knowledge.
• Independent in an international setting with integrity.
• Proficient in English and German (min B2).

Responsabilidades

• Cash management and internal funding across the Group.
• Forecast global liquidity positions and support funding decisions.
• Manage bank guarantees and sureties.
• Perform FX hedging activities and hedge accounting.
• Drive Intercompany Netting processes.
• Prepare treasury reporting and liquidity planning.
• Own and develop the Treasury Management System (Coupa Treasury).
• Support international insurance programs and renewals.

Join our Global Treasury Team as Treasury Manager

You live in the Greater Lisbon area and would like to become part of Kardex Group's global Finance organization? We are looking for an experienced Treasury professional to join our newly established office near Parque das Nações / Oriente.

In this role, you will collaborate directly with the Head of Group Treasury and key finance stakeholders worldwide. Acting as deputy to the Head of Group Treasury, located in Switzerland, you will be responsible for a broad range of Treasury activities and contribute to the further development of our global treasury processes, systems and governance.

Tasks:

• Responsible for Cash Management and internal funding activities across the Group
• Monitor, analyze and forecast global liquidity positions and support funding decisions
• Manage bank guarantees and sureties
• Perform FX hedging activities, including hedge accounting
• Drive the Intercompany Netting process
• Prepare treasury reporting and liquidity planning
• Own and further develop the Treasury Management System (Coupa Treasury) as key user, including process optimization and automation initiatives
• Support the management of international insurance programs, including policy renewals, claims handling and premium allocation

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or a related discipline
• Profound experience in Corporate Treasury within a multinational environment
• Exposure to corporate insurance topics is considered an advantage
• Strong user knowledge of MS Office 365 skills, especially Excel, and treasury systems; SAP S4HANA would be a plus
• Strong analytical capabilities and a structured, precise working style
• Hands-on personality with integrity, resilience and the ability to work independently in an international environment
• High command of English and German (minimum B2 level)
