Bosch Portugal is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Aveiro site. You will coordinate inbound/outbound transport, drive improvements in service levels, and support digitalization and automation of processes.

Strong Excel and SAP/S/4HANA experience and a continuous improvement mindset are valued. You'll work with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment, contributing to KPI monitoring, reporting, and data-driven decisions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Experience in transport planning or logistics operations.
• Experience with SAP logistics processes; S/4HANA exposure is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate logistics improvement initiatives to improve service levels, on-time delivery, and operational efficiency.
• Define and implement new processes with digitalization, AI-based solutions, automation, and simplification of administrative activities.
• Develop, document, and standardize operational processes and procedures.
• Analyse logistics KPIs and help identify improvement opportunities.
• Plan and execute daily outbound transport activities to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Coordinate transport schedules and support resolution of planning issues.
• Prepare reports and support data analysis for operational decision-making.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient logistics execution.

Job Description

• Coordinate Logistics improvement initiatives focused on service levels, on-time delivery and operational efficiency, involving Inbound and Outbound teams in the execution.
• Define and implement new processes, driving digitalization, AI-based solutions, automation, and simplification of administrative activities.
• Develop, document, and standardize operational processes and procedures.
• Analyse logistics KPIs and help identify improvement opportunities.
• Plan and execute daily outbound transport activities to ensure smooth logistics operations, following established logistics standards and processes.
• Coordinate transport schedules and support the resolution of operational planning issues.
• Prepare reports and support data analysis for operational decision-making.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient logistics execution.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• Experience in transport planning or logistics operations.
• Experience coordinating inbound and outbound transport activities.
• Experience working with SAP logistics processes; exposure to S/4HANA is an advantage.
• Experience monitoring operational KPIs and supporting process improvement initiatives is a plus.

Know-how

• Good knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics processes.
• Understanding of transport planning, warehouse operations, and supply chain fundamentals.
• Knowledge of SAP logistics processes; S/4HANA exposure is an advantage.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Power BI and data analysis skills are considered a plus.

Languages

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Additional languages are an advantage.
