Inetum in Porto is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to define and implement test design and automation best practices. You will design, develop, and execute test scenarios, and maintain automated frameworks to ensure high quality across the SDLC.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and active participation in Agile ceremonies are expected. Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years in IT Operations/DevOps, hands-on production support, and strong automation and monitoring skills, with English

Qualificações

• 2–3+ years of experience in IT Operations, DevOps, Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Hands‑on experience supporting production-critical applications and infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure management, service operations, automation, monitoring, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Fluent English required; French is considered a plus.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or highly regulated environments is highly valued.

Profil

• 2–3+ years of experience in IT Operations, DevOps, Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Hands‑on experience supporting production-critical applications and infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure management, service operations, automation, monitoring, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Proficient with DevOps technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Helm, GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, and Ansible.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as ELK Stack, Grafana, and Dynatrace.
• Solid administration skills in Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent English required; French is considered a plus.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or highly regulated environments is highly valued.
• Proactive, results‑driven professional focused on reliability, automation, and continuous improvement.
