You should have a high school diploma, be fluent in English, and possess strong communication skills. Flexible hours including weekends and holidays are required; hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
• Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Proven experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred but not required

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
• Make reservations for restaurants or other activities as requested by guests
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
• Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity to management
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
