Riskified in Lisbon is seeking a Team Lead for the Analysis Platform to oversee the merchant order analysis systems, blending real-time backend and fingerprinting tech to stop fraud in online transactions.

You will guide architecture, drive scalable solutions, and work with Product and Design while mentoring engineers. The role offers a hybrid Lisbon work mode, a competitive salary, and stock-based awards.

Qualificações

• 2+ years as a Team Leader, with Agile methodologies.
• 5+ years hands-on experience building large-scale cloud apps.
• Strong server-side engineering background, ideally Scala/Java.
• Experience or interest in web/mobile security, anti-fraud, or fingerprinting.
• Strong technical and product vision, with clear communication.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise solutions from design to production.
• Ability to inspire, lead, and mentor senior engineers.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment while focusing on goals.
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead talented backend and security software engineers as their direct manager.
• Run the team's Agile development process with Product to set objectives.
• Own the technical vision and architecture for scalable real-time and batch systems.
• Participate in hands-on development and code review.
• Lead hiring and onboarding of new team members.
• Collaborate with research, data science, and product teams to define new features and roadmap.
