Galp Energia España SAU is seeking a Tank Operations Technician to join the Tanquisado Terminal team in Setúbal. You will open and close tanks by operating valves to guarantee daily product dispatch, supply ships at the pier, and monitor the loading/unloading of tank cars in compliance with safety rules.

You will perform 1st level maintenance, record process variables for traceability, prepare additives to meet product specs, operate lifting machinery, and contribute to risk analyses to ensure

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in petroleum product movement activities.
• Basic English is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the tanks by operating valves to guarantee daily dispatch of products.
• Supply ships to the pier according to regulations.
• Monitor loading/unloading of tank cars ensuring safety procedures.
• Drain tanks and low points in shipping circuits and check equipment condition.
• Carry out 1st level maintenance: lubrication and painting, identify equipment.
• Record readings of procedural variables and product movements for traceability.
• Prepare additives to guarantee product specifications.
• Maneuver load moving and lifting machinery.
• Carry out risk analyses of maintenance work to ensure safety.
