Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Управление полным циклом набора персонала для большого объема вакансий по регионам Европы
• Оценка квалификации кандидатов и культурной совместимости через звонки и видеоинтервью

• Установление и поддержание сотрудничества с руководителями по найму и бизнес-единицами
• Консультирование по динамике рынка, трендам и рекомендациям для влияния на решения по найму

• Поиск, привлечение и работа с пассивными кандидатами через LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS и сети

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of roles across the Europe region, from intake to offer
• Assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit through comprehensive screening calls and video interviews
• Develop and execute strategies to promote Siemens Energy as an employer of choice and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand current and future hiring needs
• Act as a strategic advisor by providing market insights, recruitment trends, and recommendations to influence hiring decisions
• Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition community to share knowledge, best practices, and support regional initiatives
• Identify, source, and engage passive candidates for technical and hard-to-fill roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and professional networks
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical skill areas to meet future hiring demands
• Analyze market data and competitor intelligence to refine sourcing strategies and improve hiring effectiveness

Требования:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8-10 Years of extensive experience as a Talent Acquisition professional in a fast-paced, in-house, agency, or RPO environment
• Proven ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and handle difficult recruitment challenges
• Experience in Human Resources Management, including Full-Cycle Recruitment, Technical Recruitment, Talent Pipelining, Recruitment Planning, Behavioral Interviewing, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Employer Branding
• Leadership and Social Influence skills, including Relationship Building, Influencing Skills, Negotiation, and Advising skills
• Cognitive skills, including Analytical Skills and Resourcefulness
• Nice to have: Full-cycle recruitment experience for technical or IT roles
