EWOR is launching cutting-edge initiatives and seeks exceptional operators and builders to join our new department. You will own end-to-end delivery from 0 to 1, translating vision into concrete roadmaps and production-ready systems.

Based in Europe or the Americas (remote arrangements possible), you will collaborate with an elite team and report directly to the department founder. You will have maximum ownership and equity upside to drive impact.

Qualificações

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements).
• High-agency builder mindset with end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as Sustainability.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, driving rapid implementation from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive milestones to position the new department for rapid growth and potentially a spin-off to attract institutional backing.
