A Airbus Portugal SA procura um profissional para integrar a equipa de Analytics e Data Governance. Definirá e gerirá a geração mensal de atividades e KPIs para prestadores, assegurando a integridade dos dados e a harmonização com o template mestre.

O candidato ideal tem formação em Administração/Analytics, forte domínio de Google Workspace e QLIK, e habilidades de coordenação e comunicação com stakeholders. O regime híbrido permite equilíbrio entre escritório e trabalho remoto.

Qualificações

• Graduação em Administração de Empresas, Analytics ou Information Management.
• Conhecimento em Google Workspace e ferramentas de BI como QLIK.
• Rigor analítico para identificar falhas ou outliers em dados.

Responsabilidades

• Gerar arquivos de atividades diárias e KPIs para cada prestador de serviço, seguindo convenções de nomenclatura.
• Assegurar alinhamento dos ficheiros com o template mestre e coordenar atualizações anuais com as partes interessadas.
• Gerir o fluxo de dados Google Sheets → QLIK Sense, atuando como gatekeeper e acionando notificações a SSM quando pronto para exportação.
• Transformar dados em relatórios de governança contratuais via Qlik Analytics e distribuir insights por e-mail ao VO (Physical Security) e stakeholders.

Job Description:

Responsibilities - your mission

• Monthly Process Management: You are responsible for generating the 'G26 Daily Activities & KPIs' files for each Service Provider, ensuring naming conventions are strictly followed to prevent data fragmentation and ensure files are not altered over time.
• Data Architecture & Maintenance: You will ensure all activity files are aligned with the master template. This involves yearly coordination with stakeholders to update core site-activity information and maintain the integrity of the Google Drive folder structure.
• Data Integration & Quality Control: You will manage the 2 step data flow from Google Sheets into QLIK Sense Tool acting as the "gatekeeper" who triggers notifications to Site Security Managers (SSM) once data is fully integrated and ready for export.
• Analytics & Governance: Transform raw data into contractual governance reports via Qlik Analytics. This includes creating a summary report dashboard, saving it securely in the Shared Drive (dashboard folder), and distributing key insights via email to the VO (Physical Security) Team and associated stakeholders.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

• A degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or Information Management.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience with Business Intelligence tools like QLIK.
• Analytical Rigor: The ability to spot a "broken" file or an outlier in the cost tracker before it reaches the final report.
• Project Coordination: Managing the timeline requires excellent time management.
• Communication: Ability to clearly notify and prompt senior stakeholders (Site Security Manager, VO (Physical Security) teams) when data actions are required.
