The ideal candidate has basic maintenance skills, owns their own tools, and can manage time effectively while communicating well with students from diverse backgrounds.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a similar handyman role.
• Familiarity with basic maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Own tools for performing tasks.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular maintenance checks on student apartments and common areas.
• Perform repairs such as fixing leaks, changing light bulbs and repairing appliances.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from students.
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies when needed.
• Assist with moving furniture and other heavy items as needed.
