Keenfinity Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary product development programs from concept through production, coordinating hardware, embedded software, mechanical engineering, quality, operations and manufacturing. You will drive New Product Introduction (NPI), manage scope, schedules and risks, and act as the primary interface between customers and internal teams.

5+ years PM experience in electronics or manufacturing required; engineering degree;

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in electronics, product development, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Knowledge of NPI, industrialization, and product development processes.
• Experience in both waterfall and Agile / SCRUM principles and methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or Agile certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional engineering projects from development to industrialization and manufacturing.
• Manage project scope, schedules, risks, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate teams across hardware, embedded software, mechanical engineering, quality, operations, and manufacturing.
• Act as the primary interface between customers and internal teams.
• Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and product launch activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
