Airbus Portugal SA seeks a Professional in Financial Controlling to define roadmaps, forecast annual budgets, and deliver accurate reporting. You will consolidate data, manage EAC processes, and ensure compliance across tools while supporting cost reviews and PO approvals.

The role requires 3–5 years in controlling, strong knowledge of SAP and IFRS, and excellent English; French/German/Spanish are a plus. This permanent position is based in Coimbra, Portugal.

Qualificações

• Business Management education in Finance or related area.
• 3–5 years of experience in Financial Controlling or related areas.
• Experience with SAP, IFRP, SAC (Fiori), Google Workspace, Excel.
• GAAP/IFRS understanding.
• Ability to deliver recurring financial pictures with accuracy.
• Ability to align domain needs with higher level guidance and targets.
• Strong data management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive in proposing improvements to the business.
• Excellent communication in a remote work context.
• English is a must; knowledge of French/German/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Project financial controlling and driving targets via roadmaps.
• Establish consolidated reporting and analyze data for risks and opportunities.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain consistency and compliance across reporting tools and processes.
• Support controlling of performance, PO approvals, and cost reviews.
• Trigger cost transfers and rebooking of misbooked costs.
• EAC support and reforecasting to complete costs in tools.
• Inventory controlling and new/existing project setup in planning tools.
• Support supplier invoice approvals.
