Bosch Portugal, via Bosch eBike, seeks a Software Test & Automation Engineer to join our team in Viana do Castelo. You will design and implement tests for embedded systems, using Python, C#, CAPL, and pursue automation to improve coverage and efficiency.

You'll work with CANoe, vTESTstudio, Git, Jira, Jenkins, and collaborate across international teams, with opportunities to apply AI/ML in testing and contribute to quality processes while travel to Germany.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Embedded Systems or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in software testing and test automation.
• Familiarity with continuous integration, QA workflows, and requirements management.
• Practical experience or interest in applying AI/ML for testing.
• Hands-on debugging tools experience (e.g., Lauterbach).
• Knowledge of functional safety standards (ISO 26262, ISO 13849/FUSI) is advantageous.
• ISTQB Foundation level certification is also a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Designing and implementing robust test solutions across component to system level.
• Driving test automation to increase efficiency, coverage, and repeatability.
• Test execution, results analysis, and root-cause analysis for failed tests.
• Quality assurance and improvement of test strategies and processes.
• Tooling and infrastructure on test benches using CANoe, vTESTstudio; Git, Jira, Jenkins.
• Documentation and reporting of test results; cross-functional collaboration.
