PixelWave Studios in Funchal, Madeira, is seeking an experienced plasterer to join our team. A minimum of 2 years plastering experience is required, with the ability to work without accommodation and a valid Portugal work visa. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

The role focuses on surface preparation, plaster mixing, and decorative finishes while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Teamwork and reliability are essential for meeting tight deadlines on site.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years experience in plastering.
• Ability to work without accommodation.
• Valid work visa for Portugal.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks.
• Excellent teamwork and ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
• Fluent in Portuguese or English; both languages preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare surfaces for plastering by removing old paint or wallpaper, filling holes and cracks, and cleaning the area.
• Mix plaster materials according to specifications and apply evenly on walls, ceilings, or other surfaces using trowels or brushes.
• Create decorative finishes by adding texture or patterns to the plaster using tools such as sponges or stamps.
• Repair damages or imperfections on existing plaster surfaces.
• Follow safety precautions at all times while working on site.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding progress and any issues.
