The role requires strong leadership, diverse technical hands-on experience, and fluent English. You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and governance, while driving security and audit readiness across the organization.

Qualificações

• Fluent English communication required.
• Experience applying PMI, Scrum, and ITIL in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on or architectural familiarity with the listed tech stack.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the SysAdmin and 24/7 IT Operations teams, ensuring zero business disruption.
• Deploy and manage the Master Plan for applications, databases, integrations, automation and infra.
• Drive cloud migration initiatives across the estate.
• Own OPEX/CAPEX budget planning, procurement (SOW), vendor management, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity alignment, risk management, and support audits.
