Eurotux Informática, S.A. is seeking a SharePoint Specialist to design, implement, and manage SharePoint and OneDrive solutions, driving collaboration and information management.

You will define best practices, support users, and manage performance, while enabling continuous process improvements across the organisation. Requires 3+ years with SharePoint/OneDrive and strong Office 365/Azure knowledge.

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on experience with SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft Azure.
• PowerShell scripting experience preferred.
• Experience with AD and DNS preferred.
• Microsoft certifications (MCSE, etc.) preferred.

Job Description

We’re looking for a SharePoint Specialist to design, implement, and manage SharePoint and OneDrive solutions, driving better collaboration and information management across the organisation.

In this role, you’ll define and apply best practices, ensuring efficient use of these tools and supporting the continuous improvement of business processes. You’ll also play a key role in developing solutions, supporting users, and managing system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement custom workflows, lists, libraries, and other SharePoint features to streamline processes.
• Integrate SharePoint with other systems and tools, such as Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Manage and maintain SharePoint infrastructure, including permissions, backups, and updates.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Define and enforce policies and standards for SharePoint usage.
• Drive adoption and effective use of SharePoint tools across the organisation.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: At least 3 years of hands‑on experience working with SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and DNS (preferred).
  • Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, etc.) (preferred).
• Personal Attributes:
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and spoken) in Portuguese and English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, results‑driven, and solution‑focused.
  • Availability for an immediate start (preferred).
