Rumos in Portugal seeks an experienced SharePoint Online developer with SPFx, PnP, REST API and Microsoft Graph expertise to lead the design and delivery of modern SharePoint solutions. You will advance Power Apps/Power Automate implementations and implement robust ALM pipelines via Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, governance contribution, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• At least 3 years of SharePoint Online development experience, particularly SPFx, PnP, REST API and Microsoft Graph.
• At least 2 years of Power Platform experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Experience configuring ALM pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and Azure integrations.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, Dataverse, and data modeling best practices.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
• Fluency in English; strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving, independence, proactivity and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop modern SharePoint solutions using SPFx, React, TypeScript and Fluent UI.
• Develop and customize Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) with advanced logic and connectors.
• Automate complex business processes using Power Automate and integrate external systems via REST APIs and Azure services.
• Apply usability and interface design best practices.
• Configure and deploy solutions across environments following ALM best practices.
• Help define governance for Power Platform and SharePoint.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Perform code reviews, testing, debugging and produce technical documentation.
• Provide end-user training and promote adoption of developed solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field;
• At least 3 years of professional experience in SharePoint Online development, specifically with SPFx, PnP, REST API, and Microsoft Graph;
• At least 2 years of experience with the Power Platform, specifically Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and custom connectors;
• Experience implementing solutions in different environments and configuring ALM pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions;
• Knowledge of REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and integrations with Azure;

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban;

• Knowledge of Power BI, specifically dashboards and data flows, is a plus;
• Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management is a plus;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams extensibility, specifically apps, tabs, and bots, is a plus;
• Experience with CI/CD processes for SPFx is a plus;
• Fluency in English;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on developing scalable and sustainable solutions;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team;
• Independence, proactivity, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Automation of complex business processes using Power Automate, with integration of external systems via REST APIs and Azure services;
• Application of best practices in usability and interface design;
• Configuration and deployment of solutions in different environments, following best practices in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM);
• Contribution to the definition and maintenance of governance frameworks for Power Platform and SharePoint;
• Participating in Agile ceremonies, including planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives;
• Collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions;
• Conducting code reviews, testing, debugging, and preparing technical documentation;
• Providing support and training to end users, promoting the adoption of the developed solutions.
