The successful candidate will implement and optimize workflows, service catalogs, and integrations, while collaborating with Product Managers and Service Management teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensure platform stability.

What Is This Challenge About

• Implement, configure, and maintain ITSM platforms, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational processes;
• Develop and optimize workflows, service catalogs, automations, and integrations;
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of the platform with structured and scalable solutions;
• Collaborate with Service Management teams and Product Managers to translate requirements into technical solutions;
• Manage platform updates and upgrades, ensuring stability and minimal risk;
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement long-term solutions;
• Improve platform performance, security, and reliability.

What We Are Looking For

• Solid experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Jira Service Management);
• Experience with configuration, customization, scripting, and API integrations;
• Good understanding of ITIL and Service Management processes;
• Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and attention to detail;
• Ability to deliver well-structured and maintainable solutions with proper documentation;
• Team player with good communication skills and a proactive mindset towards improvement and innovation.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2).
