Continental is looking for a Service Owner to oversee and enhance the ContiConnect Service within our Digital Solutions IT team. You will drive strategy, operations, and support across the full lifecycle, ensuring stable delivery and compliance while collaborating with users, developers, and product teams.

The role combines service management with hands-on development contributions, enabling automation and feature improvements to boost service performance.

Qualificações

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in IT Service Management with incident, problem, change, and software-service delivery.
• 2+ years with Java and Spring Boot.
• Familiar with IT governance, risk management, and cybersecurity standards.
• Experience with KPIs, reporting, and Agile/Scrum environments.
• English fluency (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Act as the accountable IT Service Owner for operational activities and service health.
• Oversee service delivery, improvements, and development per SLAs.
• Ensure governance, risk, and data privacy compliance across processes.
• Lead ITIL-based operations, incidents, problems, and changes.
• Collaborate with owners, leads, developers, and stakeholders.
• Provide regular performance reports to IT leadership.
• Mentor teams on IT service management best practices.
• Support automation and enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with release management for new features.
