QIMA is seeking a Senior Designer, UX Research and Prototyping to move from static mockups to working, clickable prototypes. You will lead discovery, user research, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, and finance, shaping a modular platform for scale.

Based in Europe with hybrid work; Paris or London preferred. Strong portfolio and English fluency required. 7+ years in UX research or product design; you will own the craft and drive evidence-based decisions.

Qualificações

• Significant experience in UX research, product design, or related roles with ownership from discovery to prototype.
• Portfolio showing working prototypes that influenced engineering decisions.
• Commitment to UX craft comparable to top products; translate to QIMA's client experience.
• Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments with fast, scalable design.
• High agency and ownership; proactive decision making and accountability.
• Bias for action and iterative mindset: prototype, test, learn, and adjust.
• Comfort with prototyping tools beyond static design software (Figma interactivity, no-code/low-code, front-end code).
• Analytically sharp; use data to support design decisions.
• Hands-on across full workflow: client interviews to data-backed decisions.
• Demonstrably ahead of the curve on AI-augmented design practices.
• Full professional proficiency in English; clear communication.
• Based anywhere in Europe; Paris or London preferred; hybrid work applies there.

Responsabilidades

• Know Your Clients: build deep expertise on client needs; lead rigorous discovery and user research.
• Prototype, Do Not Just Mock Up: deliver working prototypes, clickable, sometimes code-backed.
• Set the Bar for Craft: maintain obsessive attention to detail and discipline in past work.
• Build Internal Partnerships: collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and finance to ground decisions in business impact.
• Make it Simple: design for how clients actually work; balance density and speed for power users.
• Build for Scale: design a modular platform; balance shared vs configurable; align with roadmap.
• Measure Impact: define metrics; track adoption, time-to-insight, retention; tie to outcomes.
• AI-Augmented: embed AI to accelerate impact; use AI tools in prototypes.
• Hybrid work; if based elsewhere in Europe, still encouraged to apply.
