ZEISS is seeking a UI Designer to join the team in Lisbon. You will design intuitive interfaces for device-related, in-store, and omnichannel B2B2C solutions, collaborating with UX, product, and engineering to translate user needs into feasible design solutions.

You will create high-fidelity designs and prototypes in Figma, support AI-assisted design processes, and ensure accessibility and consistency across modular product environments for international markets.

Qualificações

• Around 5 years of UI design experience for digital products with a strong portfolio.
• Experience with UI/UX for connected devices, medical devices, or other hardware-related digital products.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (prototyping, Design Systems, structured file organization).
• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Design intuitive, scalable, and high-quality user interfaces for ZEISS Vision Care's devices, in-store, and omnichannel B2B2C solutions.
• Create high-fidelity designs and advanced prototypes in Figma to validate concepts and accelerate product development with AI for design.
• Collaborate with UX, product, and engineering to translate user needs and business goals into feasible design solutions.
• Translate research insights into user-centered designs considering cultural differences and international market demands.
• Present new designs to senior stakeholders and participate in design reviews.
