TOPIC is seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer to lead end-to-end testing strategy for high-tech software systems in a hybrid work setting. You will design and implement automated test frameworks, collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders, and mentor junior colleagues to enhance testing quality across teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in the high-tech domain, strong C++ and Python skills, and experience with ROBOT Framework and TDD/BDD methodologies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems or similar.
• 5 years of work experience in the high-tech domain.
• Experience with object-oriented software development in C++ and Python.
• Hands-on experience with test automation, including designing, setting up, maintaining, and optimizing automated test frameworks.

• Independently implement automated test frameworks and shape the overall test strategy and architecture.
