Mercor is seeking expert US/Europe-based senior software engineers for a highly challenging project with a leading foundational model AI lab.

You must be able to commit around 20 hours per week for this role. The contract is expected to last 2-3 weeks and includes promotion opportunities within the project. Successful contributions increase the odds of being selected for future Mercor projects.

• Are passionate about improving model capabilities at complex SWE tasks

About the role

• You must be able to commit around 20 hours per week for this role

• This contract is expected to last 2-3 weekss and includes promotion opportunities within the project

Vetting process

• 30 minute AI interview
• Asynchronous SWE exercise and project instructions quiz (2h total, paid $100 for completion)

Pay and legal status

• This role will pay $150-210/h depending on geography and experience-level
