RWS Holdings PLC is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Solutions Specialist to design and manage customized supply chain solutions for client delivery across localization and data services. The role involves onboarding, financials, risk, compliance, contracting, and supplier performance management.

You will lead a significant business area, coach teammates, review processes, and drive improvements to ensure projects meet expectations.

Qualificações

5+ years of experience in supply chain management, vendor management, or similar.
Ability to own complex projects and lead initiatives.
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
Process- and results-oriented.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize.
Data analysis and reporting abilities.

Responsabilidades

Act as an experienced supply chain specialist delivering client-focused solutions.
Analyze current and future needs and build complex customized supply chain solutions with our existing partners and AI Community.
Collaborate with internal teams and keep information accurate and up to date at all times.
Maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers working on the program.
Provide support to suppliers on client-specific issues and/or processes.
Identify risks or improvements and drive mitigation plans and implementations.
Provide training and guidance to team members and oversee resourcing on projects.
Account-specific supplier performance management.
