Thales Portugal is seeking a Software Developer with Java experience to join our Paço de Arcos team. You will develop high-quality Java applications, design scalable software architectures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, maintainable software solutions.

The ideal candidate has about 5 years of Java/Spring Boot experience, strong English skills, and comfortable working in an Agile environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or similar area.
• Around 5 years of experience with Java and Spring Boot (mandatory).
• Written and oral proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Write, execute, and maintain unit tests, troubleshoot and resolve bugs.

• Design scalable and efficient software architectures;
• Write, execute, and maintain unit tests, troubleshoot and resolve bugs;
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams;
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation and stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or similar area;
• Around 5 years of experience with JAVA and Springboot (mandatory);
• Experience in software development and software engineering;
• Comfortable with Agile Methodology;
• Written and Oral proficiency in English.
