Qualificações

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Extensive TypeScript and Groovy experience.
• Experience with API integration and migration.
• Hands-on AWS cloud experience.
• Experience integrating AI coding assistants into daily workflow.
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines for production-grade apps.
• Proficient with git-flow.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong cybersecurity understanding and secure systems.
• Agile methodologies expert with team leadership.
• Experience with multiple state management systems.
• Ability to review code and provide structured feedback.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• At least one year Spectrum development/Spec driving.

Responsabilidades

• Document changes, maintain React systems, and develop new components.
• Develop advanced security measures and ensure proper implementation.
• Optimize code for performance, maintainability, scalability.
• Champion Agile development methodologies.

This project delivers a comprehensive roadmap covering AI, MLOps, data governance, and platform scalability, supporting a shift towards data-first operations and intelligent automation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Extensive experience with TypeScript and Groovy
• Practical experience with API integration and migration
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
• Hands-on experience integrating AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar) into daily development workflow.
• Practical understanding of how to prompt, validate, and review AI-generated code to maintain security and quality standards.
• Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines for production-grade applications.
• Proficient with git-flow.
• Experience in containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, with experience in implementing secure systems and mitigating common security threats.
• Expert understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience in leading Agile teams.
• Strong experience with multiple state management systems and can determine the most suitable system for specific use cases.
• Ability to review code and provide structured feedback.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to stay organized, and push projects forward.
• At least one year experience with Spectrum development/Spec driving

Responsibilities:

• Be part of leading the development of highly robust and scalable server-side applications and services.
• Integrate 3rd parties APIs
• Design and maintain complex databases using Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) tools.
• Translating complex designs and wireframes into high-quality code and building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, refactoring, and code review workflows.
• Apply AI-driven approaches to test generation, debugging, and documentation to improve team velocity and code quality.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, product teams, and graphic designers to develop well-structured and flexible architecture, along with the APIs to support it.
• Documenting application changes, developing updates, maintaining existing React systems, and designing and developing new custom components to meet complex project requirements.
• Develop advanced security measures and ensure their proper implementation.
• Optimize and tune code for performance, maintainability, and scalability.
• Implement and champion Agile development methodologies.
