OutSystems is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to drive reliability on our cloud-native platforms in Portugal. You will define SLOs/SLAs, design scalable infrastructure, and partner with software teams to create resilient, observable systems enabling rapid feature delivery.

You'll automate operations with Python and Gen AI tooling, participate in on-call rotations, and mentor teams on best practices. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

Qualificações

• BS/MS in CS or equivalent; 6+ years experience in SRE.
• Experience with Hadoop and Kubernetes infrastructure or similar.
• Strong Linux, networking, and container knowledge.
• Proficiency in Python or Go; English fluency.
• Familiarity with AI-native IDEs and prompt engineering.
• Experience with on-call and incident response.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and onboard services to reliability tenets; establish SLOs/SLAs.
• Design scalable, secure cloud-native infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure resilient, observable systems.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, and tracing for incidents.
• Lead incident response and conduct RCA/post-mortems.
• Automate operations with Python and Gen AI tooling.
