Nokia is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist in Portugal to strengthen access management and security governance. You will collaborate with Digital Office, IT Operations, and business groups to enhance IAM/PAM controls and cloud security.

Role requires 7 years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in cloud security, IAM/PAM, and regulatory compliance. Fluent English and strong communication are essential for cross‑functional engagement.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree with specializations in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or Information Security.
• English proficiency.
• 7 years of overall experience in Cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in Security Services related to Cloud Security, IAM and PAM.
• Strong understanding of IAM/PAM principles, access control models (RBAC, ABAC), and identity federation technologies (SAML, OAuth).
• Experience with privileged access technology administration and policy configuration.
• Experience in IT operations compliance, security auditing, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CIAM.
• Experience with cloud security cloud-based identity and access management solutions.
• Knowledge of scripting languages for automation of access management tasks.
• Experience with security frameworks and regulations (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX).

• 7 years of overall experience in Cybersecurity, with a minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in Security Services related with Cloud Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• Strong understanding of IAM/PAM principles, access control models (RBAC, ABAC), and identity federation technologies (e.g., SAML, OAuth).
• Proven experience with privileged access technology administration, policy configuration, and integration with various IT systems.
