DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Lisbon seeks a Senior SAP S/4HANA FI/CO PTP consultant to join the ERP Finance – Procure To Pay team. You will drive configuration, integration, and continuous improvement across global SAP processes.

The role focuses on AP/MM, invoice processing, interfaces, and ensuring legal/regulatory compliance while collaborating with remote teams and business partners. The position offers a permanent contract with hybrid work arrangements.

Qualificações

• Experience with SAP FI/CO in PTP processes (AP/MM).
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA and integration to non-SAP systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work with remote teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide solution recommendations and implement configurations on SAP AP/MM.
• Support SAP modules within AP/MM and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Draft technical specs and documentation within the DSV SAP template.
• Collaborate with business and SAP professionals to test, train and roll out solutions.
• Identify gaps and assess impact on current processes.

Senior SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO) PTP consultant

You will join the ERP Finance – Procure To Pay Team which is part of the Group & Enterprise Applications in Global IT. It is our responsibility to roll out SAP across the global set-up in DSV, implement other SAP-based solutions, support and improve our business processes as well as stay compliant with legal regulations in various countries, focusing on PTP areas (AP/MM, PTP related Interfaces).

Responibility:

• Provide solution recommendations, consider scope and client requirements as well as take care of the configurations on SAP modules within AP/MM


• Provide functional support on SAP modules within AP/MM


• Ensure proper technical design, configuration, business requirements gathering and creation of technical specifications within the DSV SAP template


• Preparing requirement, design and technical documentation


• Assess impact and gaps in the current business processes


• Work with business and other SAP professionals to craft, implement, test, train, and rollout solutions


• Apply problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to visualize and develop solutions to key business or technical challenge

Requirements:

• FICO and MM integration with non SAP systems across different interfaces


• eInvoice inbound processing using the DRC module


• Good interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication


• Ability and knowledge to drive tasks forward with proactive communication


• Ability to perform with little direction and work with remote team members in other locations


• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating flexibility to perform in multi-task situations


• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing company needs and deadlines


• Strong systems / process orientation particularly in finance with proven analytical thinking and problem-solving skills


• Occasional travel may be required
