Körber is seeking a Senior Portfolio & Product Manager to shape and develop its portfolio of advanced robotic solutions for intralogistics. The role drives portfolio strategy, roadmaps and lifecycle profitability, based on market trends, customer needs and business priorities.

You will collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Marketing to translate insights into priorities, define value propositions, and align go-to-market strategies. The position involves about 50 travel days and is a full-time role.

Qualificações

• Experience in product management, product strategy or business development in a technical environment.
• Ability to translate market and customer insights into development priorities and requirements.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional organizations and with senior management.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute portfolio strategy, roadmaps and lifecycle profitability for robotic solutions.
• Develop business cases focusing on ROI, target cost, and lifecycle costs; align GTM with Sales and Marketing.
• Collaborate with R&D to translate market requirements into technical specs and select tech stacks including AI and digital-twin concepts.
• Monitor financial performance, pricing, and positioning across products; support sustainability and integration with the portfolio.
