Veeam is seeking a Middle/Senior QA Automation Engineer (Java) to join the team working on Veeam Backup for Salesforce. You will develop testing strategies, automate integration and functional tests for backend, frontend, and data storage, and continuously enhance automation tools while maintaining robust test documentation.

The role requires strong Java, API testing, REST/HTTP, and Docker skills, plus experience with Playwright, Jenkins/Azure DevOps, and test management systems.

Qualificações

• Proficient in Java and related ecosystems for backend and test automation.
• Strong experience with API testing and RESTful services.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and IaC concepts (e.g., Bicep) is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Develop testing strategies for software products.
• Create automated tests for integration and functional scenarios (backend, frontend, data storage).
• Improve automation tools and maintain test documentation.
• Validate tests authored by other testers and conduct test cycles (functional, integration, load).
• Analyze results, report findings, and propose quality improvements.
• Increase test coverage and collaborate across teams to improve product testing practices.
