NIQ is seeking a Python Developer to join the scraping team, optimizing data collection and building resilient Scrapy spiders. You will review code, validate data, and leverage HTTP and browser knowledge to bypass anti-bot measures while contributing to multiple codebases and sharing knowledge across teams.

The role requires a Master’s in CS, 3+ years of experience, and hands-on work with Scrapy, Django/FastAPI, Docker, and cloud platforms. A flexible working environment is offered.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with Scrapy or BeautifulSoup; REST/GraphQL APIs; Django/FastAPI.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and document robust Scrapy spiders, ensuring resilience against future website changes while maintaining existing ones.
• Conduct code reviews and data validation to maintain high quality code and data.
• Leverage knowledge of HTTP, browsers, and internal tools to design advanced web crawling solutions that bypass anti-bot measures.
• Architect and contribute to significant developments across codebases and provide documentation and training when needed.
