BairesDev is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large staff augmentation initiatives and guide multi-disciplinary teams in delivering software products and transformations. The role emphasizes client value, profitability, and scalable processes in a fully remote setting.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in software project management, strong leadership, and excellent English communication for global teams. Remote work and competitive USD compensation are offered.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Extensive IT industry experience with Agile practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to manage diverse teams.
• Good English written and spoken to communicate with global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and monitor project results, providing coaching and discipline as needed.
• Coordinate and enforce company systems, policies, and procedures.
• Retain staff by fostering a reliable, communicative work environment and growth opportunities.
• Strategically analyze and improve billable utilization, plan capacity, and forecast profitability.
• Forecast financial results, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and take corrective actions.
• Identify farming opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Support strategic plans for implementing technologies to improve efficiency.
