Enhesa is seeking a Senior Product Owner – Integration & Platform to strategically manage AI platform capabilities, integrations, and data services, aligning roadmaps with business goals. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, architects and security teams to translate strategy into actionable deliverables and drive value across platforms.

You will lead prioritisation, define data APIs and interoperability, and ensure governance and security requirements are met while coaching

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with Product Managers, Engineering, Architecture, AI teams and stakeholders to execute the vision, roadmap, and strategic direction.
• Define and prioritise AI platform capabilities for multi-product scalability, security, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Coordinate strategy, roadmap, and priorities for data ingestion, APIs, and interoperability between Enhesa AI products.
• Act as voice of internal product teams, ensuring data and platform services support business objectives.
• Ensure AI platform and data capabilities meet security, privacy, governance requirements.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, Security, and Platform teams on system interactions and data flows.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple products; manage dependencies and handoffs.
• Work with architecture and tech leads to align requirements with priorities and constraints.
• Strategically prioritise complex AI backlog items based on value, dependencies, risk, and sequencing.
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria; articulate customer outcomes and quality expectations.
• Deliver maximum business value early through planning and stakeholder alignment.
• Communicate priorities, progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Coach junior Product Owners to promote best practices.

Overview of the position

The Senior Product Owner (SPO) – Integration & Platform is responsible for strategically managing the development of our AI platform capabilities, integrations, data services, products, or features. You will work closely with other product owners, product managers, engineers, architects and other stakeholders to ensure that all ideas become a reality. You will have a deep understanding of the technical and functional aspects of the product; this means knowing how it works, what makes it unique, and how it fits into the larger picture of the user’s needs and company’s overall strategy. For AI platform and data domains, the SPO will help translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, priorities, and deliverables while ensuring alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Engaging with Product Managers, Engineering, Architecture, AI teams and business stakeholders to execute the vision, roadmap, and strategic direction of Enhesa’s AI research initiatives, ontology capabilities, and AI-powered products
• Defining and prioritizing AI platform capabilities that enable multiple product teams, ensuring scalability, security, reliability, and operational excellence across the AI portfolio
• Contributing to the definition and execution of the strategy, roadmap, and priorities for data ingestion, data availability, APIs, integrations, and interoperability between Enhesa AI products and services.
• Acting as the voice of internal product teams and engineering consumers, ensuring data and platform services effectively support business objectives and product delivery
• Ensuring our AI platform and data capabilities align with security, privacy, governance, regulatory, and customer requirements
• Working closely with Architecture, Engineering, Security, and Platform teams to define system interactions, integration patterns, data flows, APIs, and shared platform capabilities
• Coordinating delivery across multiple products, ensuring dependencies, ownership transitions, and delivery handoffs are clearly defined and managed.
• Coordinating with architecture, engineering managers, tech leads and developers to ensure a common understanding of requirements, priorities, technical constraints, and business objectives.
• Strategically prioritizing complex AI product backlog items based on business value, technical dependencies, risk, and delivery sequencing.
• Creating user stories and acceptance criteria that clearly articulate product requirements, expected behaviors, customer outcomes, and quality expectations for each feature or capability
• Ensuring that maximum business value is delivered as early as possible, through effective planning, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
• Communicating with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, functionality, delivery status, risks, dependencies, roadblocks, and strategic objectives
• Coaching Product Owners within the team, sharing experiences, best practices, and expertise to support professional growth and product management excellence

Key requirements

Education Level

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related.

Suggested Experience

At least 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner.

Technical Skills

• Experience in delivering cloud-based software projects
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, prioritization frameworks and implementation experience
• Knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and modern integration patterns
• Experience working with data platforms, data pipelines, metadata management, and interoperability between systems
• Knowledge of security, authentication, authorization, and governance considerations for enterprise software platforms
• Experience collaborating with Architecture, Engineering, and Platform teams to translate technical designs into product requirements and roadmaps
• Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions, large language models (LLMs), retrieval-based systems, and AI governance concepts is desirable
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and other project management tools.

Uses technical knowledge to make informed product decisions and facilitate discussions between business and engineering teams.
• Problem-solving skills: Ability to solve problems and make decisions that benefit the company and the product. Identify issues and find solutions that work for everyone involved, improve the product, reduce costs and meet customer needs.
• Strategic Execution & Prioritization: Successfully translate strategic objectives into actionable priorities and deliverables, balancing business value, technical complexity, dependencies, and risk to maximize value delivery.
• Leadership and coaching: Coach junior Product Owners, to help them grow in a safe environment, supported by the best practices in the market.
