H&Z Management Consulting seeks a Senior Consultant Procurement in Porto to lead client projects on-site, shaping strategies and delivery content. You will work with client teams, run workshops, and design implementation plans for procurement transformations.

Ideal candidates have a university degree, 2+ years in procurement consulting or procurement at a global company, and strong analytical skills with English fluency.

Qualificações

• Requires university degree and 2+ years in procurement-focused consultancy or in procurement function of a large org.
• Fluency in English (C1); German a plus.

Responsabilidades

• On-site with clients to own project content and deliverables
• Shape project content by analysing data and developing hypotheses
• Facilitate workshops, discuss optimisation opportunities and develop implementation plans
• Support tenders, supplier negotiations and transformation/change management
