Adentis Portugal is seeking a cybersecurity/network engineer to design, implement and maintain secure network infrastructures for a company with a little over 9 years in the Portuguese market and more than 200 colleagues.

You will monitor, detect and respond to security incidents, configure firewalls and security appliances, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure secure architecture and compliance with best practices.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in networking and cybersecurity environments.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching and security principles.
• Hands-on experience with firewall configuration and network security tools.
• Ability to analyse security events, identify threats and implement mitigation strategies.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement and maintain secure network infrastructures.
• Monitor, detect and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Configure, manage and optimize network security solutions, including firewalls and security appliances.
• Perform security assessments, vulnerability analysis and remediation actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure secure architecture and compliance with security best practices.
• Support the continuous improvement of cybersecurity policies, processes and controls.
• Provide technical support and guidance on network and security-related topics.
