A global professional services company is seeking a Senior Network Security Engineer in Porto. The successful candidate will set up and support CORE network infrastructures, design solutions, and enhance network security. Must have over 12 years of experience, expertise in CheckPoint and Palo Alto technologies, and automation skills. The role includes responsibilities for network optimization and collaboration on infrastructure projects. Flexibility for travel and hybrid work options are available.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in network security or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching technologies (BGP, OSPF, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of TCP/IP protocols and DNS (Infoblox).

Responsabilidades

• Set up, configure, and support CORE network infrastructure.
• Participate in network design reviews and enhancements.
• Provide L3-level troubleshooting for network systems.
