KCS IT, founded in 2008 and based in Lisbon, seeks a Senior .NET & DevOps Engineer to join a hybrid role in Lisbon. The candidate must have 8+ years in software development and strong .NET/C# expertise, plus experience with microservices and modern DevOps practices.

Portuguese fluency is required, and applicants residing in Portugal will be considered. The role offers diverse projects with Benelux clients, hybrid/remote/on-site project options, and ongoing training programs to enhance skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor / Master in Computer Engineering or similar.
• 8+ years of professional experience in software development, software engineering, or a related IT role.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET / C#.
• Professional experience with .NET 6, .NET 8 and/or .NET 10.
• Solid experience with microservices architectures.
• Good knowledge of SQL Server.
• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Experience with event-driven architectures/EventBus.
• Experience with Kafka and/or Redis is highly valued.
• Strong practical DevOps experience and a good understanding of CI/CD, automation, deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure concepts.
• Experience with technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, or similar tools.
• Fluent in Portuguese.
