emagine is seeking a senior engineer to drive architecture decisions and lead technical initiatives within a fast-paced team. You will design and evolve microservice-based solutions, champion event-driven patterns, and mentor other engineers to adopt best practices.

You will work with both SQL and NoSQL databases, choosing the right store per use case, and implement feature flags to accelerate releases while maintaining stability.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of microservice architectures and patterns.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging tools (Kafka preferred).
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, with ElasticSearch/PostgreSQL preferred.
• Ability to identify opportunities for best practice improvements and share knowledge.
• Ability to tackle highly complex technical problems independently.
• Proven quick learner of complex architectures and code-bases.
• Experience in an Agile environment; capable of technical leadership and mentoring.
• Understanding of using feature flags for quicker releases.
