KCS IT is seeking an experienced .NET Backend Developer for a hybrid role based in Porto. The candidate should have 5+ years of backend experience with .NET/C#, strong REST API design, and a solid background in microservices and relational databases.

Fluency in English is mandatory, and cloud experience across AWS/Azure/GCP is preferred. The role offers opportunities to work with diverse clients, engage in international projects, and participate in ongoing training and certification programs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• 5+ years of experience in backend software development with .NET/C#;
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, clean code, and software engineering best practices;
• Solid experience with.NET and ASP.NET Core, developing scalable and maintainable backend applications;
• Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs and working with Microservices architectures;
• Strong experience with MySQL and relational databases, including SQL, database design, and query optimization;
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures will be a plus;
• Experience with Cloudplatforms, preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP;
• Good understanding ofsoftware testing practices, including unit and integration testing;
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and a DevOps mindset;
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in collaborative, cross-functional development teams;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Fluency in English ismandatory.
