Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Medical Director to provide medical leadership for clinical trials and safety evaluation in our client environment. You will guide study design, protocols, and regulatory documents to ensure medical accuracy and patient safety.

In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, supervise real-time medical monitoring, and liaise with sponsors and health authorities.

Qualificações

• Medical Doctor with nephrology specialty and hospital practice experience.
• Industry experience in clinical development is required.
• Fluent English both spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Provide medical leadership to study teams and help create protocols with current scientific information.
• Real-time medical monitoring to ensure patient safety and validity of endpoints.
• Serve as liaison between sponsor and PPD internal departments throughout all study phases.
• Educate sites with protocol-specific lab procedures during investigator meetings.
• Ensure study compliance with SOPs and GCP guidelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address medical risks and issues promptly.
