AgileEngine is seeking a Software Engineer to join an Integrations team building backend systems that connect a public safety platform with third-party tools. You will design and implement integration workflows using Java and Spring Boot, and develop REST, SOAP, and GraphQL API integrations to support RMS, CAD, and Booking products.

You will write tests, review code, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver robust integration solutions in a cloud-based environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Java and the Java ecosystem, including Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and building integrations with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with database technologies and proficiency with SQL.
• Experience with automated testing and Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and easy-to-understand code.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build cooperative working relationships with teammates.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain integrations between the platform and third-party client systems.
• Develop integration workflows using modern integration platforms and custom services with Java.
• Enhance RMS, CAD, and Booking products with scalable integration capabilities.
• Design secure, reusable, and well-architected cloud-based integration solutions.
• Write tests, debug production issues, and improve system quality and reliability.
• Contribute to technical documentation and automated build and deployment processes.
