FCamara is hiring a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to lead cloud-native platform infrastructure across multi-cloud environments, enabling automated pipelines and self-service for engineering teams. The role emphasizes reliability, performance, and cost efficiency within FCamara's growing European operations.

The candidate will work remotely from Portugal, collaborating with teams across Europe and the Americas to deliver scalable infrastructure solutions and advance platform engineering maturity.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of multi-cloud (Azure, GCP) environments.
• Hands-on Kubernetes and Linux administration experience.
• Proven experience with modern CI/CD patterns and tools (ArgoCD, Jenkins).
• Programming skills in Python or Golang for platform tooling.
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and platform automation.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and operate cloud-native platform infrastructure with a focus on automation, scalability, and reliability.
• Maintain and optimize Linux and Kubernetes-based systems with automated workflows.
• Develop and promote self-service capabilities for development teams.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and fault tolerance for large-scale distributed systems.
• Contribute to technology strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with principals and leads to deliver scalable solutions.
