The role covers IAM management, Okta-focused implementation, authentication, authorization, and lifecycle management within hybrid consulting and technical support landscapes.

You will drive Okta configurations, SSO/MFA, API access management, and directory integrations, while collaborating with customers to address identity federation issues and deliver

Qualificações

• 5+ years in IAM with 3+ years focused on Okta.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, access control, least privilege, and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with RBAC/ABAC/PBAC and IDaaS concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers to understand challenges and communicate solutions.
• Manage customer expectations, provide training, and offer post-implementation support.
• Diagnose and solve issues related to identity federation, authentication failures, and API errors.
• Document troubleshooting steps and create runbooks or knowledge base articles.
• Maintain long-term client relationships by understanding business goals and providing strategic IAM advice.
