Aubay Portugal is hiring an experienced Fullstack Developer to lead the modernization of payment systems using Java/Spring Boot on the backend and Vue.js on the frontend. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable applications with a front-end emphasis, focusing on performance and user experience.

The role expects 7+ years in Fullstack development, Vue.js proficiency, and strong collaboration across teams.

What will you do?

• Lead the global refactoring and modernization of payment systems, migrating from legacy solutions to a modern, scalable, and secure architecture;
• Design, develop, and maintain robust Fullstack applications with a front-end dominance, utilizing Java/Spring Boot for the backend and Vue.js with UI libraries for interactive web interfaces;
• Optimize application performance, specifically for Vue.js interfaces, ensuring adherence to Core Web Vitals best practices and an enhanced user experience;
• Contribute to the evolution of the technological landscape, facilitating real-time exchanges within the SI ecosystem and ensuring the security of data flows;
• Modernize checkout interfaces to streamline sales team workflows and improve the customer journey in retail points of sale.
