iCapital Network is seeking an experienced Software Engineer in Lisbon, Portugal, to develop end-to-end features across platforms and collaborate with Product Management. You will work with Ruby on Rails, Scala, and React.

Responsibilities include backend feature work, frontend development, testing, prototyping, and active participation in daily stand-ups and peer code reviews; the role blends in-office presence with one remote day per week.

Qualificações

• Degree in Software Engineering.
• 6+ years of full stack web development.
• 6+ years React and Ruby on Rails or Scala.
• 6+ years HTML/CSS development.
• Solid understanding of relational databases.
• Desire to learn new technologies and work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Backend feature development in Ruby on Rails and/or Scala.
• Frontend development in React and Redux.
• Unit and integration test development, both manual and automated.
• Build prototypes and proofs of concept.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings and code reviews.
