The Senior Full-Stack (Java/React) role focuses on Java 21 / Spring Boot 3.x, React/TypeScript, Next.js, and PostgreSQL within a fast-moving, AI-enabled environment.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of commercial software engineering with full-stack experience.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot, including JPA/Hibernate and database migrations.
• Strong React and TypeScript with modern Next.js features.
• Solid PostgreSQL knowledge.
• Experience maintaining large production codebases.
• Ownership of testing: unit, integration, and E2E.
• Trunk-based development, small frequent PRs, feature flags.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development and code review tooling.
• Good security hygiene and REST API design.

Responsabilidades

• Shipping customer-facing features behind feature flags in small reviewed PRs.
• Improving the codebase by decomposing large services and migrating to Java 21 / Spring Boot 3.x.
• Building component and integration tests as part of daily work.
• Making repos AI-ready with context files and agent patterns.
• Collaborating across pod boundaries in a shared codebase.
• Participating in code reviews, estimation, and pod ceremonies.
• Working with Quality Assistance to build end-to-end tests.
• Investigating and fixing production issues within your pod area.
• Documenting learnings and decisions.
• Mentoring mid-level engineers and growing into pod-lead responsibilities.
• Participating in hiring panels for future roles.
